We spend a couple hours a day at the park with Ocia. We've been trying to learn enough Italian to be able to converse with the children and their mothers. We're pretty good at asking for names and ages, after that...we're all alittle lost! This park is a wonderful playground for the younger kids. Umberto, the park supervisor, is there daily making sure that no dogs are off leash or going places where the younger children are playing. He's also watching all the time, who is in the park, and what they are doing. We see him on our way to the grocery store, and speak to him daily.
We're pretty sure that some of the play equipment in the park would not be allowed in children's parks in the US due to liability. But the kids here sure enjoy playing and seem to survive falls pretty well!
