Italy

Today is actually the first day since we arrived on April 1st that I've had a chance to sit down and work a little on my blog. Ocia has just gone to bed, Link is reading, Amelia's doing email, so I'm on the computer. All of us are being quiet so Ocia can fall asleep!

Our trip here has been wonderful. We lived in our own flat for one month. That was quite the experience that I will write more about later.


We have visited Ischia, Florence, Venice, and Perugia. I'll write more about them later, as well.

Our next big adventure is going to France for Karl's and Marie's wedding. Link and I are scheduled to fly to Lyon on Wednesday. We are currently anxiously watching the volcano cloud from Iceland, and hoping it will not conflict with our flight schedule. We also have Erik and Amelia, and Ocia flying from Rome on Friday. And Buck and Anne Lindquist and Drew, Nick and Joe all coming from Minnesota. They will be flying through Heathrow on Friday, so wish us all luck!

I'm going to spend some time now, trying to post new pictures. If I'm successful, you'll be able to see some photos of our April activities!
